The Brandts Apartments offers subsidized housing for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Magnificently landscaped grounds create a peaceful and unique scenery. The Brandts apartments are close to the bus stop and a few minutes away from a host of shopping opportunities in Vancouve Washington.

We feature two large coin-operated laundry facilities and a recreation hall  that can be reserved for functions and activities.Three recently remodeled community gardens encourage residents or our subsidized housing to grow their own vegetables. We have friendly and knowledgeable on-site staff who understand the rental assistance needs of senior citizens and disabled persons.

SUBSIDIZED HOUSING RENTAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
The Brandts Apartments are insured by HUD with Section 8 subsizdized housing rental assistance. Section 8 rents are 30% from your adjusted monthly income.  There is no application or screening fee. All eligible applicants are screened for rental history, credit and criminal background.
