SUBSIDIZED HOUSING RENTAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE The Brandts Apartments are insured by HUD with Section 8 subsizdized housing rental assistance. Section 8 rents are 30% from your adjusted monthly income. There is no application or screening fee. All eligible applicants are screened for rental history, credit and criminal background.
